Shipping

Shipping and Handling are generally based on the value of your order. However, to ensure your purchase is delivered in the best and most economical way, we review each order putting in consideration such factors as weight, size, and final destination of the item. Consolidated items purchased are always hand crated to prevent damage during transit and to provide better shipping rates. Shipping amount for your total order will be calculated and displayed at Checkout.
To further ensure that we meet every customer's unique needs, we offer you the following delivery options:

STANDARD DELIVERY Standard shipping is curbside delivery only. It is the customer's responsibility to assist in the delivery and to remove all packaging materials which could include cardboard cartons as well as a protective wooden crate. Please have someone to assist in unloading your delivery from the LTL truck. Your driver will not be responsible for helping unload your furniture.For those who do not want to unload, unwrap and assemble product White Delivery might be the way to go.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
All white glove quotes are just a minimum charge. We will contact you if you have chosen white glove delivery for a final freight quote. Most white glove shipments will be 20% of your order. White Glove service has the option for delivery with appointment, inside delivery, opening and removal of packing materials, and assembly and installation in your room of choice. All of theses features will add to your final quote. 
 
Lead Time All frames that are on the website are in stock and ready to ship, but most of our frames can not be used without cushions. All cushions will usually take 3-6 weeks (during busy season sometimes 8 weeks) to be made in our cushion factory. Please give us a call to get the latest ETA on cushions. Our cushion factory has an extremely efficient team dedicated to quick turn around on your custom cushions. All shipments will be variable upon location of customer.   Customer will be notified when order has been shipped.
 
Damaged Freight All Summer Classics Discontinued product is packaged in the highest quality manor for your shipment to arrive in great condition to your home. But if items are damaged in shipping. Please take the following steps.
1. All freight must be inspected and claimed damaged to freight company.
2. Please notify the driver of any damaged freight.
3. Please call Summer Classics Discontinued for instructions on how to handle damaged freight. All damaged pieces will be replaced with proper documentation. Please do not hesitate to take pictures of damage and always notify your driver of damage upon receiving the product.
