This policy is only valid from 24 hours of when the product is received by you the customer. All the Frames can be returned with shipping and handling charge paid by the returnee. All cushions to be returned will be charged a 30% Restocking Fee plus shipping and handling paid by the returnee. In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please call or email within 24 hours of your delivery. To return product you must make sure that the product is in 'like new condition' and is repacked in the original packagingmaterials. We will schedule a pickup through you the customer. All items repacked in the original packaging will be loaded by you the customer on to an LTL truck. Product will then be shipped to our warehouse. Pending inspections, a refund will be issued for the proper amount.
